The site is directly aimed at consumers who access it and place an order using an EU address, and the website and the products sold on it are therefore only appropriate for use in the EU. Some products may be lacking photos or descriptions, however this does not impede with ordering.

Placing an order

When you place an order with us, it becomes an offer to buy our products. We will confirm our acceptance of your order once we have confirmed that all products are in stock in the quantities you have requested. We will notify you of the parcel’s tracking number once the products have been shipped from our warehouse. At this time, you and we enter into a contract based on these conditions.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you by email to the email address you provided when placing the order. We shall not charge you for the products, and any authorization of funds on your payment method will be cancelled, and the payment void.
This could be because the goods are out of stock, there are unexpected limits on our resources that we could not reasonably plan for, we discovered an error in the price or description of the goods, or we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you specified, or we believe the order was placed in violation of these terms.

In particular, if we think that customers are purchasing large quantities of things with the intention of reselling them, we reserve the right to reject these orders at any time prior to the item being sent.

Making changes to your order

Products

If your order includes multiple items, we will send you the things that are currently in stock while refunding the sum for the items that are not.

Prices

If the price of the goods at your order date exceeds the price provided to you, we will contact you for instructions before accepting your purchase.

If we accept and process your order with an evident and unmistakeable pricing error that you may reasonably have identified as a mis-pricing, we may terminate the contract, refund any amounts you have paid, and seek the return of any items given to you.

Payment options

We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal accounts, VISA/Master Card, American Express, Maestro via PayPal or Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link.

You must pay for the goods before we ship them. We will not charge your payment method, but rather authorise it, until we confirm the order. When the order is verified and the payment method is processed, the order will be shipped to the address you provided.

Delivery

We have delivery alternatives available for your address, which you can select during checkout. Delivery prices are clearly displayed at the checkout (before your order is complete). We supply products with the ‘Lead time to shipping’ attribute, which is displayed on each product page. Normally, the order takes 1-3 days to depart our warehouse. As a result, the delivery time will be computed as the ‘lead time to shipment’ plus the courier delivery time.

Please keep in mind that we utilise third-party carriers (GLS or others) to deliver the items to you, and they may have their own set of criteria for product delivery. Please note that they may be unable to deliver within the timeframes specified due to situations beyond their reasonable control. In this instance, we or they will endeavour to notify you as quickly as feasible.

If the goods you ordered are not delivered or are damaged, please tell Customer Services as soon as possible, and in any case within 36 hours of receiving your parcel. In this scenario, save all packing since you may be required to return it.
Customer Service will provide you with the return address for returning the parcel back to us. Please keep in mind that returning products must first be discussed and agreed upon with Customer Service before shipping them back to us.

If an item/items, you ordered do not arrive with you after we have delivered it, we must wait 20 working days from the date of shipping before offering a refund or redelivery. Our couriers will not consider an item lost until this point, therefore the item is still likely to arrive. We shall file a claim with the courier provider if we discover that the order was not delivered within the time frame specified.
The claim takes some time to process, after which we can refund your money or resend the purchase.

If the item does not come within 20 business days, we will request that you sign and submit a form verifying that you did not get your order before we handle a refund or re-delivery. Please keep in mind that any undeliverable items must be reported to us in writing or by email within 20 days after shipping. Any issues reported to us outside of this time frame will not be reimbursed or replaced.

We may need to suspend the supply of a product to:

• Address technological issues or make small technical modifications;
• Wait for ‘Leading time to shipping’.
• Make adjustments to the order as you request or as we notify you, in accordance with these terms.

We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency.

Goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full..

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and beauty goods, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless you received them damaged, which must be demonstrated to Customer Service with supporting images and a thorough description of the damaged products. To guarantee that your order is as expected and that you do not order products by mistake, please review your message on-screen before placing your order, ensuring that it is correct (particularly spelling) and as you intended.

Cancelling your order because of a change of mind

If you discover that you ordered products in error or changed your mind, you can cancel your order before warehouse processing begins. It usually begins once we record the payment and provide the order request to the warehouse. The sooner you contact us to cancel your order once it has been placed, the better.

To cancel your order please contact Customer Service.

If you cancel due to a change of mind, we will fully return the money you paid for the items plus the delivery fee. If the order is cancelled while the payment is merely authorised, the money will be returned to your payment method on the same banking day. If the order is cancelled after the charge (capture) of the order payment, the returned money will generally take about 10 business days to return to your payment method. Money can only be returned to the payment method used to place the order.

Our right to end the contract

We may terminate the contract for all or part of the Goods by writing to you if:

• You did not make payment for the goods.
• You did not provide us with the essential information to supply you the Goods.
• You do not allow us to deliver the order within a fair timeframe.

In such cases, we will reimburse any money you paid in advance for goods that we did not provide, but we may deduct or charge you for the net costs incurred as a result of your breach of contract and our losses.
